Newly renovated 1200 sq ft duplex in a quiet cul-de-sac one minute from the highway and 19 minutes from downtown. Master bedroom has a California King bed and the other has a Queen size both with walk in closets. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a guard rail for the stairs. Home is 100% private with your own fully fenced backyard for your pets. Security Ring doorbell and backyard floodlight cameras for safety.

Clean, quiet and pet friendly!

Owner had great communication skills and hospitality. House is well appointed, extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a family event and enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. Fenced backyard was a bonus.

Great house!

The house was perfect. Nicely decorated and had a nice sized backyard for my dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt very safe. Derik, the host, was responsive and friendly. I’d stay here again.

Perfect perfect perfect

This was beautiful surprised on how quick to reach location, surprise as well as how quiet the area was. Didn’t get to bring my dog this time around but I am so happy that it is pet friendly you don’t get much locations anymore that are pet friendly

It was a fantastic choice!!

This property is amazing!!! I love the decorations, well equipped and very neat. I feel like I’m home. Just minute away from highway. Very quiet. I try to book again for my June trip to Austin. I’m in love with this property!!! Thank you so much to the manager, very friendly and answer super quick. Also I have a treat for my birthday!! Thank you!!!

What an incredible place to stay. When he says a quiet neighborhood, it sure is. The beds and new furnitures are wonderful. Overall, great experience, and will use in the future. For our next Austin adventures.
