Great Family Vacation

Stayed with my wife, parents, and our dog and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was very clean and well supplied with dishes, utensils, and spices. The location was private but close to shopping and great restaurants.

Great Location. Comfortable Home

This home is located close to everything. Bike trails, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and of course, the beach - a 10 min walk away. The home is spacious and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need for a home away from home.

Comfortable House, Great Location, Excellent Amenities

This was home for nearly 3 months. It was welcoming and equipped for all our needs - kitchen in particular was well stocked for day-to-day and entertaining. Large deck with lots of sun and a view of small quiet lake. Our hosts were super-responsive. We've already reserved for next year.

Great house and a great location!

We come to HHI every year, and always stay at Palmetto Dunes. Connie's house was a great spot, and one of the best place's we've stayed. Clean, and had all the essentials for us to be comfortable. The house was very accommodating for my wife and I, and especially for our 7 month old daughter. Plenty of space, and Connie had a brand new Pack & Play, making it easy for us to not have to bring ours. Definitely recommend this house.

Delightful DuneHaven

This property knocked the holidays out of the park for my family. The home was exceptionally clean and the kitchen stocked with everything needed for many wonderful family meals throughout the Holiday season - and great for football watching! The art is lovely and makes for a great personal touch. The layout was fabulous, allowing lots of privacy with nice reading nooks throughout. Close proximity to everything Hilton Head has to offer - a nice walk to the beach and to the Marriott Spa! Pet friendly is a big plus.

A Gem in Hilton Head

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful property in Hilton Head and it exceeded our exceptions! The house was absolutely spotless upon our arrival, making it incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The complete kitchen was a wonderful feature, equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was a highlight; the unique and fun furniture added a delightful touch to the ambiance, making it feel like a true home away from home. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with the lagoon as the backyard. Communication with our host, Connie was exceptional. She was very responsive, ensuring that our stay would go smoothly. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Hilton Head.

Slice of Paradise

Fantastic home in a perfect location - 10 minutes walk to the beach, resort amenities (tennis, golf, restaurants, general store), and easy driving to the Coligny square area. New/up to date appliances, a nice outdoor deck space overlooking the "lagoon" (read: pretty, brackish channel that surrounds this part of PD), TONS of windows and natural light, wonderful outdoor shower, and everything you need for the trip to the beach, and books and games for big and little kids. Connie was easy and friendly to talk to and always responded promptly. We stayed with our family for a last minute beach elopement/wedding (ours, haha!) and TS Debby rained the week out so we were grateful to have such a fabulous spce to hang out in. Would absolutely return.
