Azul Casita - means Blue House. This welcoming home combines the warmth of Victorian woodwork and wood floors with contemporary furnishings and modern conveniences. It is half of a duplex with a private entrance and living on first and second floors. Set in a residential neighborhood, it has a pleasant back yard complete with a fire pit and outside dining.

Families enjoy the game room with a game table. Azul Casita is a 15-minute drive to the Cooperstown Dreams Park and a 20 minute drive to All Star Village.

The first floor has an open floor plan that includes living, dining and kitchen areas. The three bedrooms are all on the second floor. There is a bath on each floor. The original hardwood floors have been lovingly restored.

Maximum occupancy: 6 people - Extra overnight guests are not allowed.

Great location! Spacious house!

My family stayed here while my son was playing baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was a great location relative to the park. Was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space inside for our family and easy to get into town.

Great place

We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament. It was easily accessible to the fields and downtown. FYI all bedrooms are upstairs which may be an issue for those with mobility concerns.

Our hosts were extremely friendly and ensure ld we had everything we needed to make it a memorable experience for everyone. Recommended where to go and eat and other places to visit. Enjoyed talking and meeting with them. House was very clean and comfortable and we would love to come back again as well as highly recommend to anyone else visiting for baseball.

Lovely home

The owners were super nice and welcoming. Left fresh flowers and baseball cookies on arrival. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The baseball decor was a plus since coming for baseball experience. Would definitely recommend staying!

Amazing House!

We loved every bit of the blue house! From the baseball theme decor, to the sweet welcome gifts, to the amazing hosts! Our son was playing at Allstar village and it was perfect to be in the middle of that and Cooperstown! The town is so cute and quiet. We even tried out the Hartwick cafe which was amazing! Would recommend this 1000% for your stay!

We visited Casita Azul during my son's stay at Cooperstown. The house was beautiful clean and very cozy. The owners were very thoughtful and helpful and reached out to check in on us. The location was perfect close enough to the park and downtown Cooperstown. I would recommend this to anyone.

The house was about 12 minutes away from Cooperstown Dreams park which was a close ride to watch the games. The house was really charming and had all the necessities one needs especially with kids. This property is located under 15 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park and was a perfect fit for our stay. The owners live in the apartment next door and are an absolute joy to deal with. Very helpful, kind people who go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Older home but very clean with everything you need at your finger tips (and if anything is missing you can simply get in touch with the owners and they will be sure to help in any way that they can).
