Just Fab was great location and amenities. Loved the fact that it was a quick walk over the dune to the beach and that there was a lifeguard on duty right there! Appreciated the pool, billiard table, large outdoor gas grill and well stocked kitchen with two dishwashers. Fabulous ocean views.Would have liked to have some window treatments on the huge east facing windows when the the sun was blazing in for the first several hours each morning.Overall very pleased.

We know those early morning sun rises are gorgeous but can be bright so there will be window treatments on the large windows before your stay next summer so you’ll have the option to soften the morning light whenever you want. We had a nice view of the ocean. The kids loved the pool we opt to have it heated. The house was everything we wanted and more. The house was clean when we arrived and already for us.

We enjoyed our stay. 8 adults 4, children.plenty of space and convenient to things. Food Lion, pizza and Subway two streets over. House was beautiful one of the favorites we have stayed at. We did heat the pool as temps were cool the first couple of days. Made a huge difference. We spent more time in the pool than we ever have before. House is well supplied! A wonderful time!

Great house, fantastic Group, wonderful weather

The house is great for our group of 5 couples in our 70’s. The elevator worked and it was a necessity for two in our group. The living, dining kitchen area was open so all could participate in socializing even while preparing a meal. Location is great everything we wanted or needed was close by. Only negatives are that the Outer Banks are a long drive! And for the rental price you are charging it seems rediculous that you supplied 2 rolls of Toilet paper for an 8 Bedroom house, and no soap for any of the bathrooms
