On the rocks was simply amazing from the views to the setup and cleanliness of the house! Definitely would stay there again.

Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing. The house, the views, the décor - truly every detail was perfect. We wish we had more time here!Carolyn, the owner, was incredible - so accommodating, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. Trevor also met us at the door upon arrival and was just as wonderful.It truly doesn’t get better than this. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting St. John’s!

Friends/parents getaway

Our stay at On The Rocks was amazing. St. John has a special place in my heart and we will 100% be back and hopefully at this property. Carolyn was extremely helpful and communicative before and during our vacation. She answered all questions and provided help, suggestions, etc. The house was just built so everything was brand new and extremely nice. Fit 10 adults comfortably and easily and provided everything we could ask for. The location to downtown Cruz Bay can’t be beat with that type of house and luxury with pool/views/amenities. I highly recommend this house and booking your trip to St. John.

Wonderful property in a perfect central location! The host was great and met us at the house despite a late arrival. Both he and the owner were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend St John and this home - our family of 10 had the most amazing vacation!

Beautiful island, gorgeous home. The house was everything we expected and then some. There were 10 of us and we should have rented a second jeep. So much to see. Views from the house were spectacular. We had a visitor by the pool— a rather large iguana!

Our girls group had an incredible time at On the Rocks! We were a group of 10 best friends who came to celebrate birthdays on this beautiful island. We loved the home, had plenty of space for all 10 of us, and had every amenity imaginable! It was very clean and comfortable, we felt safe at all times. It was very easy to get rides to and from other parts of the island with the open air taxis. The house manager had a recommended one and we utilized him each time and was perfect. We can’t wait to return!!!!

It is a beautiful property with an amazing view. The property is very convenient to all the main attractions in Cruz Bay and grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone.
