This was perfect. Close enough to the beach to see it. Easy walk to it and 5 minute drive from all the action. Wish it was warm enough to use the pool but otherwise great.

We had a great time in Port A staying at “That’s What Sea Said”. Beautiful property with everything you need. Only issues we had was not getting an access code to get in the house before arrival and being charged for my service dog. We would still definitely stay again.

Great house that we’d rent again!

The house was clean, spacious, and at a great location. You’re tucked back in the corner of Village Walk, which is nice because there’s more room for parking compared to the other areas of Village Walk. The rooftop deck had a great view of the ocean and the kids loved being up there. The pool was big enough for all the kids. Highly recommend.

Large beautiful home with lots of place. Enjoyed the private pool and gold cart. There were a few issues but the most annoying was the smoke alarms kept going off for no apparent reason. Called once and they sent a maintenance worker. He changed the batteries and they went off again that same day. Made another call and they sent another maintenance worker. Not sure what he did because he left without telling me. That night they went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Very annoying! After 3rd call they said they were sorry but when you are on vacation you don't want smoke alarms to keep going off. Check in and check out were easy.

This was our 5th year in a row to rent from SS. And it has always been superb service and prompt responses to any issues. This time, our golf cart was take by another SS client. They just jumped into our at the IGA and took off thinking it was their cart. We had no clue what happened since our cart wasn't parked anywhere near theirs so we called in and said it was stolen. The cart guy was calm and cool and figured out the issue in minuted. Called the other client and told them to bring our cart back and get theirs. Took 5 minutes top from the time we called it in. It ended up being fun story we all laughed about, but it wasn't funny to us at the time. I thought I was going to be buying a new golf cart for sure. Thanks again for the memories and great service.

There was visible dirt on the kitchen floor and the dining room table had not been wiped down. The pool was green tinged and sand was noticeable on the bottom. The sitting area around the pool was infested with ants. We noticed that an exterminator came to spray the adjacent properties but did not treat this property. The lower level apartment had a noticeable smoke smell.

Family vacation at the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and welcoming. I had to call maintenance a couple of times but they were there within 10-15 minutes and resolved our issues. The golf cart was a very nice touch as it is a long walk to the beach. We took advantage of the elevator, which worked great. House was clean and stocked with the basic items you need for a couple of days. Overall I highly recommend.

Beautiful home. Pool was smaller than appeared on the picture and was not very clean but not surprising given busy summer months. We had a few maintenance issues: freezer didn't work, dishwasher didn't work and Roku tv's didn't work on main floor. Maintenance was quick to respond with each call but unfortunately, we still couldn't get the dishwasher to work the entire stay. Bring extra pods for any washing, All the maintenance issues were a hassle but the home itself was very nice.

Amazing Vacation

We had a wonderful time at That's What Sea Said.. this is home is a beautiful vacation spot. We come to Port A every year and I have to say this was my favorite house so far .. We loved everything! Place was perfect for our family, which includes a special needs son. The elavator was great. House is conveniently located and well furnished. Only one complaint, which is not house related. We brought a trailer to carry a wheelchair. I was not informed that they were not allowed. Security guard was an absolute ass. He is an embarrassement and had zero sympathy for our situation. Showed after a day and a half and expected me to find a place for it in an hour. It was not a pleasant interaction. Maybe it was in the fine, print, but I would let future renters know and consider repremainding the person on duty on 6/2...

Great House!

We love this home. It is comfortable and well attained. The kitchen had everything we needed - including a lovely selection of spices. The bottom floor "apartment" was really nice because we had the ability to use it as a bedroom, game room (large TV for gaming) or an office - there is a stand up / sit down desk with a monitor and keyboard provided. We loved using the margarita machine. It was too cold to use the pool but we enjoyed sitting around it in the sunshine and there are 2 heated neighborhood pools.

Amazing house and great location!

The house was clean and had enough seating and room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool and amenities were perfect for all ages. There’s a great view of the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop porch. Watch out for police on the golf cart they seem to target the tourists.

Thats What Sea Said

The elevator worked for1 trip up to bedrooms, so we had to carry all of our groceries up 3 flights of stairs to reach the third floor which is the Kitchen and Living. It was not fun. You may want to consider this inconvenience if you want to bring an elderly person. There are a lot, a lot of stairs. We rented mainly because of location and elevator. The bottom unit's A/C couldn't keep up ver well at all. Beautiful Home, great location
