Itâs a walk across the street to the best park in the city with paddleboarding, a skate park, ice skating, velodrome, boating, etc. This freshly remodeled, comfortable, 2bed 1 bath unit has a fully stocked kitchen to make your own food with plenty of extras (crock pot, blender, etc). This is a separate unit within a duplex. You will have your completely separate space inside, but the backyard space is shared. Excited to host you!

Itâs a walk across the street to the best park in the city with Colorado Springsâ largest lake, paddleboarding, a skate park, ice skating, velodrome, boating, etc. The city bike share is one block away and there is a bike lane that will take you straight to downtown.
