THE SPACE

Hey there! We’re so glad you’re checking out our cozy spot — perfect for couples or business travelers who want peace and quiet, on a secluded dead-end road.

Please note our home has two awesome vacation rentals, each with its own private entrance and coded entry. This unit is tucked above the garage with zero shared walls, so you get your own slice of paradise.

The hot tub and outdoor spaces are shared, offering a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Although these areas are shared, guests rarely cross paths, and in all our years of hosting, we’ve never had any concerns about privacy. It truly still feels like your own private, secluded retreat.

This property truly has everything you need for an exceptional getaway. From stunning views and cozy, luxurious accommodations to charming details and peaceful surroundings, it’s designed to make your stay unforgettable. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just craving a peaceful escape, this place is the perfect launching point for your Colorado adventure.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will enjoy private accommodations in a cozy apartment located above the garage. Please note there are stairs leading up to the unit.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with YouTube TV, washer and dryer, and a relaxing soaking tub. Step outside to the outdoor patio and deck area—perfect for unwinding.

We provide all the essentials, including fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics. You’ll have complete privacy with self check-in via coded entry for a smooth, easy arrival.

Amazing property!!

We had the best weekend here! Close to pikes Peak, and shopping. The property is meticulous and gorgeous. We felt right at home as it had all that we needed right down to laundry pods! Hosts are amazing and communicative.

Mountain Adventures

The property is close to all the adventures you could want to do here in Colorado springs. You will get an extremely warm and comfortable stay after your day of exploring with the option of soaking in the hot tub or the amazing bath tub. If we are back in the area I definitely will be staying here again.

Cozy Colorado Retreat!

We absolutely loved this place from Mike and Megan! They made the check in process so easy and inviting. Everything was so clean and in great working order. The Hot tub was incredible and was definitely the touch we needed to complete our Colorado vacation. Inside and out, all rooms and appliances were stunning! Chic retreat close to nature

The suite is of beautiful, contemporary design and impeccably clean in a rustic location close to a natural area. Every morning I saw rabbits, birds, and a doe outside while also being within walking distance of a great coffee shop (Switchback Roasters).

Cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in! Well equipped with things you may have forgotten. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, and pans), great location (close to downtown, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods). Great communication from host. Wonderful stay!!!

Perfect for a couple!

We loved our stay! The accommodations are comfortable and clean. We had to work remote part of the time we were there and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We came to town to stay to watch our daughter’s college lacrosse games. we were close to the game locations and all the tourist things we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice! The location is on a dead end Street so there is complete privacy. if we come to Colorado Springs in the future, we would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous stay

I've been in Colorado Springs area for work for a few months. Out of all of the places I have stayed, this has so far been my favorite. My only regret is, that I wanted to book it for another week and it was already booked for that desired week. If your looking for a gorgeous apartment with all the amenities of home in a great location dont hesitate, and wait too long to make your reservation.

Codes sent from VRBO wrong. There are two rentals here. - we tried the wrong one' was iccupied. Manager got it fixed. There are 19 stairs to apartment, so be aware.

This was a beautiful property! It had everything we needed during our vacation. There were lots of things to cook and eat with, and the jetted bathtub was a very nice and enjoyable touch. This place is designed beautifully and with the guest in mind. The bed was so comfortable and the host was great at communicating to make sure we had what we needed. We will definitely stay here again if we come back through the area!

Hey we are Mike and Megan. We met in Colorado Springs in 2016 while serving in the Army at Fort Carson and have since been married and now have two beautiful boys. We enjoy everything Colorado has to offer from outdoor activities like mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and rock climbing. We are avid travelers and have been to 9 different countries since we met.

We outgrew this home with our small children and loved it so much that we wanted to offer a slice of it to you and your family/friends.

What makes this property unique

A secluded spot in the middle of the city close to the mountains and downtown. Wildlife right outside the door. The perfect spot for a few nights away.
