Seachase boasts incredible gulf views from windows that span from floor to ceiling and wall to wall in both bedrooms and living areas. Enjoy watching dolphins swim by in the emerald green waters as you relax on the balcony. This sixth floor unit is located on the east end of the building so the master suite does not share a wall with another unit. With only eight floors and four units per floor, there is never a long wait for the elevator.

The well appointed kitchen has everything you may need for your next culinary creation as well as a Jimmy Buffet margarita maker for a frozen cocktail while watching the sunset! High speed internet and a Samsung smart TV in the living room will keep you connected. The TV's in the bedrooms are equipped with smart DVD players to help you stream all your favorite shows. Don't have a streaming service, no problem! There are dozens of DVD's available to create an at home movie night. Keypad entry simplifies your stay, as there is no need to carry or keep track of a key while enjoying the beach.

One beach setup, which includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, is included. The beach chair seasonal rental dates vary slightly from year to year. The dates for 2023 are March 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023, weather permitting.

Seachase is located on the quieter west end but is only 1.5 miles from Pier Park. Sunsations and Pizza Hut are directly across the street.
