The spacious condominium located at Seachase, 17351 Front Beach Rd, 203E, second floor, has 1400 square feet of living space and is on the second floor. The 60 feet of floor to ceiling glass doors spanning across all rooms give you a breathtaking view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! It features attractive beach decor, granite counter tops, large, comfortable beds and a generous supply of towels, linens, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. HIGH SPEED INTERNET (WiFi), smart TV with Chromecast, and all utilities included. The lighted balcony has a supply of chairs and tables where you will love to soak up the sun, listen to the surf, sip a cool drink, or maybe relax with a good book. Each room has a TV and premium cable channels.
There is a well-stocked kitchen with lots of cupboard space, large pantry, and wine rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with oversized refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. There’s also a full-size washer and dryer.
Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish washing liquid are waiting for you in the condo.
The master bedroom suite features an adjustable classic king-sized bed, full bath, separate dressing area, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, dresser, chest of drawers, two nightstands, and TV inside an armoire. There are plenty of pillows for you to choose from!
The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the condo and has two new comfortable full-sized beds, twin trundle bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, and armoire next to a large full bath.
The spacious living room has a full sleeper sofa, loveseat, two recliners, two chairs, and large flat screen TV. The dining area has an extra-large glass dining table that seats six very comfortably. There is also an ample bar attached to the kitchen with four stools. The views from every room of this second-floor unit are breathtaking. You can watch the children play in the sand, see dolphin jumping, gaze at pelicans and egrets fishing, or watch sandpipers run along the water’s edge.
The beautiful pool area and beach are never crowded because Seachase has only sixty-four units and owns over 600 feet of powdery white beachfront!
Conveniently located near Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd (The Wye), Pier Park restaurant and shopping complex, the post office, county pier, and Panama City Beach Welcome Center are close by. Winn-Dixie grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, and multiple other shops and restaurants are located within walking distance. Your family can have fun at Shipwreck Island, Ripley's Museum, the Gran Maze, the Miracle Strip Amusement park and Fun-land arcade, Gulf World Marine Park, the new Sports Complex and Aquatic Center at Frank Brown Park, Zooworld, and the Sea Breeze Winery.
The new International Airport is 20 minutes North. We are within 15 minutes of the Christian International Ministries and 10 minutes from Scenic Hwy 30-A and 30 minutes from Sandestin SILVER SANDS outlet stores.

Parking Notes: This location only allows 2 parking passes per condo. Parking passes will be in the unit upon your arrival.
Elevator is located on the west side of the east building near the pool. There is no overflow parking.

On certain check in dates, early arrivals are available. Please send a message if you are interested in checking in early. The early check in fee is 15% of the nightly rate for that night. (Example: Nightly rate of $299=$44.85 early check in fee)
If you need more than one parking pass, please message for additional passes at least one week prior to arrival. Notification that additional parking passes are needed after arrival will result in a $50 fee for delivery plus the $25 per parking pass.

I had a bulleted detailed list but you only get 1500 characters, here goes. We’ve stayed at SeaChase before & loved it. Not this time. This place is a dump. They have put perfume on a pig, don’t let the pics deceive you. This owner lied continuously then became very unresponsive. The unit is a DANGER, and overall is an 80s Motel6 that someone just threw a coat of paint on. The armoire in the 2nd bedroom isn’t bolted to the wall and is going to kill someone, the beds are the worst on the planet(so bad & noisy my wife slept in a recliner the whole week), and the furniture and setup are useless. I was charged for early check-in that we didn’t get, charged for a 2nd parking pass when there are only enough for 1/2 the units (fire marshal blocked under the building so she knew and didn’t let us know). The stove has no markings so you don’t know what level you’re on so plan to burn food, the toilet seat is broken so plan to pinch your legs, every light bulb in the condo is different(including 2 different CFLs in the same fixture). There are blinds missing that she blames the fire marshal, but there still in the living room and every other unit in the complex. AC was out when we arrived, TVs have no remotes, Chromecast has no remote or power cord. When the AC does work, there are 2 vents over the island so your food gets cold immediately, the bathrooms are tiny & very outdated, what has been updated is shotty at best. I would NEVER rent from her again.

Best view ever
We absolutely loved this place. First off, you can see the beach from any spot in the house! The condo was an open concept layout, lots of square footage, plenty of places to sit and relax inside and on the balcony, and she had stuff to take to the beach to save from packing them. The host was excellent. We had a couple of hiccups (just small things) but the host either fixed it or offered to fix it. I have an extreme fear of heights so this place was great, not too high but high enough to where my husband was satisfied (and he likes heights). I have 4 children under the age of 10 and never had to worry about them squeezing their heads through the balcony either because the railing had skinny bars. It was also nice because we were right down the road from a grocery store. The best part was the view though, I couldn't get over being able to see from everywhere. I have a toddler and I would have to sit up in the condo while he napped some while the rest of the family was on the beach and I at least was still enjoying the view. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location
We love Seachase due to the quiet area and the fact that the beach isn’t overcrowded. This was our first stay in 202E. It was just as described. We had everything we needed. Communication was excellent.
