We are a husband and wife team with 2 teenage kids. We love using this condo whenever we can and we are happy to allow others enjoy the fabulous beaches of the Emerald Coast
Why they chose this property
The location is perfect.....Only steps from the beach and the condo is located on the 9th floor so you don't have to ride the elevator all day but still get the fantastic views.
What makes this property unique
We love the large balcony at the Ocean Villa Building….. we enhanced the balcony by adding a beautiful outdoor dining table and chairs so you can enjoy a cocktail in the evening or a coffee in the morning while overlooking the gorgeous beaches below.
