New sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress. King size bedroom and also a bunk bed alcove. New kitchen cookware and amenities to please any chef. Take advantage of all the amenities Emerald Beach Resort offers. Starbucks on site as well as a Sunsations gift shop for all your beach needs. Covered garage parking for 2 vehicles plus 3 pools (two which are heated), tiki bar and Skybar overlooking Front Beach Road.

Great unit, great owner

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and the unit is always well kept and clean. Mark is a super nice guy and is very accomodating. We are already planning our next trip to the beach and will be staying in Mark's unit again.

Very Nice

We thought overall it was a very nice condo very clean. Great views of the beach incredible. Really good location. One thing that I would recommend for improvement is providing shampoo and soap for the bathroom when people are traveling that is very convenient for them.

AMAZING VIEWS

This was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed. The views were amazing, location was perfect, communication from Mark was great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again. Run away island next door is a great restaurant next door and the best place we ate at. No complaints. Our staywsz perfect.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The host Mark was super responsive and no detail was left out on this place! Pros- comfortable beds, very clean, noise machine to help for sleeping in master, Roku tvs that had literally every app available, great outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Condo is in great location as well. We will stay here again :)

Awesome first Florida Beach trip!

The view is perfect, the condo is bigger than the pictures look online! We never even used our car when we were there, we walked to everything! We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Florida!

Nice getaway!

We needed a few more days somewhere warm(er) before heading north and home. Decided to check out the panhandle of Florida, something we hadn’t done yet. The location was great! Right on the beach, shops and restaurants in walking distance, up high enough to have a great view. We enjoyed walking the beach, watching people and the water, and the jets!

Communication with owner was quick and often. The room itself was clean, but I also noticed cleaning crews around the condo at all times keeping it nice and clean as well. Access to beach was easy. Bed was one of the mlre comfortable ones outside my own, so kudos on that point! Highly recommended unit!

Perfect Property!

I cannot believe the attention to detail in this property. EVERYTHING was thought of. Communication was the best we have ever experienced. The beds were comfy and clean. Beach Getaway

the condo was just as it appeared in the pictures. It was clean and the view was spectacular. We met many nice people there and hope to return again. Only one complaint and this is more on us...we could not figure out the remote! Somehow got it to all music and then all Spanish. Perhaps some direction for those of us non tech people. Otherwise, amazing and hope to return again! Thanks Mark!

Nice vacation place

Mark is very attentive to ensuring you are well taken care of. He emailed and called us to be sure we had the information to stay. From parking to entering the room is all code-based, so no waiting to check in. Very clean condo, well appointed kitchen. Beautiful view and balcony had a nice setup; Mark thought of everything. We did encounter the fire alarm’s low battery chirp during the last night of our stay (which was a condo maintenance issue and out of his control). However, Mark answered very promptly as soon as I messaged him, and compensated us for our trouble. We will definitely stay at Mark’s property again.
