Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful Panama City Beach condo! The condo was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and had a stunning view of the ocean! We loved the pools and amenities here, as well as the location being within walking distance of places to eat, shop, and a fun arcade!

Great Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. The property was very clean and the staff were all nice. Easy parking, and easy access to the beach. The pool was great too and was heated. The kids had fun going to the pool for smores one night. The location had easy access to a lot of different venues. Great overall stay!

Great room and location

The location was great and right next to Sharkys, Senor Frogs and the Pier Park. The room had a nice view of the ocean. The resort has 3 pools and a couple of bars on site. The host texted me daily to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a little mishap at check in however management went above and beyond to fix it. It was quickly resolved and checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all of the on-site amenities the resort has to offer. The room was clean and exactly as pictured! Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful location

It was nice hadn’t ever been to that part of Florida , water and beach was beautiful. Check in was super easy parking garage was nice to have. Elevators are confusing at first and not all was working so very long waits to get anywhere. They were doing construction on a few different areas. The unit its self was nice and overall clean the couch could use a cleaning or replacing along with the rugs and furniture outside. Ended up with a water leak in the closet from the hot water tank but they were very professional and had it fixed right away. The cleaning crew showed up about two hours before our check out time and tried to enter our room then stayed outside of the bedroom window that was a little bit aggravated but overall would stay again.

Great place!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and it was beautiful. Had an issue with checking in- I never received an email or text at check-in time so I had to call and get them to send check in codes/info and it was just inconvenient. Also, the freezer does not freeze, it cools like a fridge. Called and maintenance came out, adjusted the controls and instructed us not to touch them- it still didn’t freeze. Tried calling back on Saturday and no one would answer the phone.

Not what the pictures

The property is not clean, the unit itself is very dated, the refrigerator was broken and apparently has been broken for several months so the property management leaves the old refrigerator in the unit and places an “out of order sign” on it and brings a loaner refrigerator and puts in the living room. Mold/mildew on the ceiling and at the spot where the old refrigerator is! Smell was awful! Bed was awful very uncomfortable and old! First night we got there we were late getting in because we had to work that day get there pull the covers back to go to bed and the sheets were dirty and had little blood spots on them there was no extra linens pillows with no pillow cases! Half the elevators in the complex are broken. I don’t recommend staying here at all!

Perfect Gulf Front spot

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was nice and clean with easy access to elevators. Super comfy couch, looks just like the pictures with a perfect view of the Gulf. Easy in and out instructions. Would definitely stay again!
