With amazing beachfront views, this lovely 1 bedroom and bunk condo is the perfect vacation spot to relax and enjoy the sand and sea. You will love the condos incredible natural light, balcony, and upscale finishes and furnishings.
Emerald Beach offers a lot of amenities including two large pools, a zero entry pool with water play area, a Gulf front tiki bar, Sky Bar, a large fitness center, gift shop, and Starbucks!

Primary renter MUST be 25 or older! Emerald Beach has a strict age limit.

Enjoy the state-of-the-art Sky Bar on the resort's Sky Bridge overlooking Panama City Beach, or visit the in-house Starbucks for your favorite coffee in the mornings. With just a few steps to the sugar white sandy beaches, take advantage of a clean and spacious beachfront with ample water sports and activity rentals available on site. Lounge around at the Poolside Tiki Bar or take a dip in the lagoon pool. Children have extra fun at Emerald Beach Resort thanks to the children's water feature! This resort kindly offers a fully-equipped fitness center as well as boutique shopping and dining on-site and throughout surrounding areas.

This Beach Resort condo sleeps 5: 1 BR, bunks and sleeper futon. The living room /dining room is very spacious with a beautiful kitchen that has everything you need. Unit has a washer and dryer. The view & sunset is amazing from the balcony. Amenities include a gulf front pool and tiki hut, Sky Bar, Starbucks, zero entry pool with water features, workout facility, and is just steps to Pier Park, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Beautiful blue condo

The non-cluttered space was wonderful. But no dresser in the bedroom and only one light bulb working was inconvenient. We replaced two of the light bulbs ourselves. Although I loved the color of the couch it was a futon and not comfortable to sit on. Kitchen was great. We just felt there wasn’t a comfortable piece of furniture to sit/lounge on except the bed. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we did notice the lack of comfort had it been sunny the entire time we wouldn’t have noticed.
