BRIGHT, SPACIOUS LAYOUT
Peaches is a roomy, light-filled home in the "heart of of Houston". She is peaceful, soothing & the perfect place to escape from everything. Located behind a garden gate & hidden from it all, you will find it easy to unwind, relax & restore for the day to come. Open the front door and you're greeted with the open living room and first King Suite to your left. The Living room opens to the dining area and off to the left is the second King Suite. From there you will walk into the kitchen, office, laundry room, and bar area to your right. Make a right into the hallway and you will find the first Queen room on your left followed by the skylight bathroom on your right followed by the final queen room at the end of the hallway.

The living room & all 4 bedrooms have wall-mounted Roku TVs directly in front of the beds. Roku makes it extremely easy to stream all of your favorite shows you already watch from home. There is an app you can download beforehand or simply use the remote to log in to Nextflix, Disney etc.

This home has two king suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
King suite number one offers a shower/tub combo, vanity, and ample closet space. King suite number 2 offers an easily accessible shower, ample closet space, and beautiful views of the oaks and garden. Plus two additional queen bedrooms which share a spacious bathroom that has another bathtub and shower combination.

HYPOALLERGENIC BEDDING
All brand new, memory foam-type mattresses are fully encased with an allergen & bedbug-proof zippered cover on all sides. The mattresses also have a (quiet) waterproof mattress protector over the mattress encasement, under the hypoallergenic and cooling sheets. All of the pillows are also fully covered in a hypoallergenic & bedbug-proof cover. All of the beds are made up with all-weather hypoallergenic duvets & duvet covers. Extra pillows and cotton waffle blankets are also provided.

LAUNDRY & CLEANING
There is a new washer and dryer for you to use if you need it. We will provide a few laundry pods but please consider adding detergent to your shopping list if you're staying a while. Basic cleaning supplies will also be provided.
