The home is professionally thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Check out is at 11am. Your entry code will expire at your designated check out time. We understand that travel plans change so if you need a late check out, please let us know. The fee is $40/hour.
-Used towels can be placed on the floor.
-Make sure any furniture that was moved is replaced to original position.
-Make sure you return the garage door opener back to the property before you leave.
-Do not remove any items from the property, this includes towels, linens, blow dryers, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items. An inventory of every item will be taken to ensure all items are present.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
