- Absolutely no smoking inside - $1000 fine. - Park in the garage or driveway. Do not park on the grass or in bike lane on Hutchins St.
- Trash pick up is Tuesday mornings. Use bin and place at curb facing forward. - Any incidents, please notify the host immediately.

Brian and his team did an excellent job with the decorations and cleanliness of the home. We needed a place close to Rice University. My daughter graduated last Friday. The home was easy to access and was ideal for our purpose.

Beautiful home

This home is genuinely so beautiful. It has a modern taste with cute decorations. Everything was set up when we got there. Communications with the host was amazing! I would definitely recommend!
