- Trash pick up is Tuesday mornings. Use bin and place at curb facing forward. - Any incidents, please notify the host immediately.

This rental was the perfect location for iur needs. However, the layout, amenities, size, and cleanliness made it even better. We had originally planned the getaway for a different date but weather became an issue. However the awesome host was able to work with us and reschedule without fuss at all. Will definitely stay here again!!

Brian and his team did an excellent job with the decorations and cleanliness of the home. We needed a place close to Rice University. My daughter graduated last Friday. The home was easy to access and was ideal for our purpose.
