“Happy Oasis” is a 2-bedroom condo in 30a, tucked away on the easternmost side of Inlet Beach, Florida. As one of the areas' original residences, the tranquil vibes and untouched beach at Happy Oasis make for a memorable vacation on the Emerald Coast. The furnished balcony offers pristine views of Camp St. Helen's nature preserve as well as its seamless transition down to the white sugary sands of Inlet Beach. As the (lucky #7) condo in the Shoreline Nine residential community, Happy Oasis is about a 5-minute walk to the beach and just a short bicycle ride over to the local shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. For small groups of 2-6 travelers - this is the place!

The main living area is adequately furnished to accommodate a sleepy afternoon or a weekend game on the Smart TV. With seating for 8 at the dining table and an additional 3 at the counter-bar, there's plenty of room for everyone to spend time snackin' and chillin' together. If you're the type of vacationer that doesn't want to spend time waiting in line at a restaurant every other day, the fully equipped kitchen will fit like a glove! Afterall, vacation is meant to be an experience – not a chore. The furnished lounge balcony, just off the living area, boasts amazing views of Camp St. Helen's nature preserve and a perfect sneak peek of the white sugary sand leading to the emerald water. On the flipside (just off the kitchen) is another balcony with an outdoor dining set for 4. As an added comfort, there is a full-sized bathroom on this level as well.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. One king balcony room facing the boardwalk and the other has a full sized bed. Wakeup to a perfect sunrise peeking over the beach in the East king or bid farewell to a day well-spent on the sand in the West room. Both bedrooms share the full-sized bathroom in the hallway.

All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance when you book so that you are covered.
Guest must agree to sign Paradise30A rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent any property with Paradise Properties Vacation Rentals & Sales.
There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
Happy Oasis comes has a stackable washer and dryer located outside, next to the private carport.
Dog-friendly and allows for 1 canine (up to 35 lbs.) for an additional fee. Please note that pets are NOT allowed on the sandy beach.

Great location

Updated and very nice inside. Close to the beach and the state park. Only downside is the amount of construction going on which makes the beach very noisy and not as enjoyable. Not sure when the new homes will be completed but the construction noise will be a problem for those that like quiet beaches.

Grand Life at Happy Oasis

It's a nice place and very clean. Updated. We enjoyed it. Kitchen is well equipped. It is advertised as 2 king beds. Only one king, the other a double. No broom to sweep the floors. And no mirror in double bedroom? The a/c unit was struggling on the hot days! (Especially upstairs were the bedrooms are). I would stay in the area again. Not sure about the condo. Too many stairs for us.
