Hodnett Cooper presents this newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 223 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service and a good ocean view across the courtyard.

Great spot for a beach getaway

We love the Beach Club! Always very clean and well stocked! Always are go to on the island!!! Work’s phenomenal for family!

Biggest issue was the other families staying on the floor, a few families staying on the same floor in a few different rooms. Extremely loud, disrespectful of others and kids running up and down the hallway knocking on peoples doors.
