Our cute Boho House is completely renovated 1910 bungalow. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen, sound bar, and wifi, dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms - one with king bed - and a bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. There is outdoor space for your enjoyment as well - relax on the front porch and meet the neighbors or chill on the back deck and grill steaks for dinner. The house is located on a quiet tree-lined street just two blocks from the quaint downtown square with shops, coffee shops and dining. You're just one block from a serene tree-filled park with expansive green spaces, water park, tennis courts, and picnic areas. There is a convenience/gas store just 1/2 bock away and the Aurora Mall with full service grocery, liquor/wine, hardware store, and Subway is just 4 blocks away. There is a level 2 charging station located 1 block from the property with 1 CHAdeMO 63kw, 1 CGS 62 kw, and 2 J17727kw stations.

Good location within walking distance of downtown and one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The house was cute with plenty of space and a nice yard. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for stopping through or small vacay. Definitely would recommend or visit again!

Perfect Place
The Boho House was perfect for our family wedding visit. The kitchen is stocked with all the right stuff to make great meals too. Our bed was very comfortable, the closet spacious, the bathroom clean. We even used the washer, dryer and the grill. With are family close by, we’ll definitely be back … next time with our golden doodle as well.

Hi my name is Loren and I grew up in Aurora. I love cooking, scary movies, and traveling. These days I split my time between Aurora and Palm Springs, CA.
Why they chose this property
I love how walkable this neighborhood is. There’s a large park right across the street with trails for walking my dog, a pool, and even disc golf! We’re also just a few blocks from the historic downtown square with shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
I get such a warm and comfortable feeling from this house! You’ll pick up on my love of 60s and 70s music right away. Being a cook, I also enjoy the large open kitchen.
