Fire island beach house rental.
This house is registered with the Suffolk County Department of Taxation and Finance as a rental home.
All Newly Renovated Home. Perfect for the Picky Renter
3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, House, Sleeps 10
No Pets, Non-Smoking
All bedrooms have ice-cold air conditioning. When we designed this house we were mindful to make it person friendly and a pleasure to stay in. All of the contents of the house are new including the furniture and beds. The ocean is a 2-3 minute walk away. The days are usually spent relaxing at the beach and s great nightlife is there if you want it. This house has three Bedrooms.
Bedroom One: Has a full on bottom, twin on top bunk.
Bedroom Two: Has a full on bottom, twin on top bunk.
Bedroom Three: Has two sets of twin bunks.
Rental Season Periods and Pricing
Our rental season begins in early May and goes through October. We rent generally two types of periods:
Midweeks: Mondays at 3pm through Fridays at 10am
Weekends Friday at 3pm through Monday at 10am.
May and June
Midweek's $3250 and Weekends are $4500 (June 22 Weekend and June 25th Midweek are July Rates)
July and August
Midweek's are $4250 and Weekends are $4750.
September and October
Midweek's and Weekends (Please Call)
Holidays
Memorial Day Weekend is $4500
July 4th Weekend is $4750
Labor Day Weekend is $4750
Miss Fire Island Weekend is $2250
All rentals require a $500 security deposit, which is refunded in the case of no damage There is a $200 cleaning fee.
How Things Work
Just Prior to your stay you will be given the codes to the house. These codes will unlock the house, bikes, beach chairs and wagon.
