No deferred maintenance in the unit. We have a clean, stylish, comfortable unit with everything you need at an incredible value. Location, Location, Location. Nestled in the forest, steps to the lift, minutes to the Truckee River Trail, forest hikes. If you want marble showers in a mediocre location, you can pay 3x more. Hope to see you again soon!
