THE HOME

This is a completely modern, sandy beachfront villa in a private and secluded location in Honolulu that is the perfect home and location to get away from it all. This contemporary masterpiece has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a sparkling pool and jacuzzi, expansive covered lanai areas, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, outdoor shower, and much more. Main living area opens up to the pool and covered lanai area giving you a fantastic indoor-outdoor space with multiple seating areas to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather and views. All bathrooms are gorgeously appointed and there is cool and quiet AC throughout the entire home along with Sonos sound and high speed WiFi. The primary bedroom on the second floor spans the entire width of the home complete with a lanai to enjoy absolutely incredible ocean views. There is another large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two more bedrooms, all on the second floor, and one more full bathroom that they share. One bedroom has a twin Murphy bed. Sleeps a total of seven guests comfortably.

THE BEACH

This home is situated on a very secluded beach with little to no traffic due to the severe lack of public parking on this dead end street. Which means you can enjoy the long stretch of beach and calm ocean with almost no one around all day long giving you a sense of privacy and security for you and your family and friends. This beach is known for its calm shallow waters on the inside that are perfect for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Beyond the shallow inside there is an outer reef with a rideable surf spot right out front, for intermediate to advanced surfers and ocean goers.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This home is perfectly located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town and Waikiki, but still close enough that you’re only 15 minutes away from all of the shopping and dining and attractions in Honolulu. You are also only five minutes away from all of the shopping centers in Hawaii Kai including Costco, grocery stores, movie theaters, numerous dining options, as well as other beaches and sights, all within minutes of this home. Other activities include snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, hiking trails, golfing and numerous picturesque beaches along the east side of Oahu including world famous Waimanalo beach.

This home has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii TA-090-028-5952-01, GE-090-028-5952-01 and cannot be rented for less than 30 consecutive days.

Absolutely no smoking, including e-cigarettes, no pets, and NO parties allowed on the property at any time. The property is located in a residential area and quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. All activities must be moved indoors after 9pm. Anyone caught violating any of our house rules will have their reservation canceled and they will be asked to leave.

The pool area is not fenced so please take extra care if children are on the property. Please no running around the pool area, hard floors are slippery when wet.

The property is protected by ADT Security as well as 4 external security cameras for your and everyone's safety and security.
