The beaches, diving and fishing in the Florida Keys are among the best in the world. The Florida Keys are 125 miles of the most beautiful islands in the whole world. You will feel like you left the United States and are visiting a Caribbean Island. Within this strand of islands is the city of Marathon. Marathon is made up of 20 Keys, and is the heart of the Florida Keys. Marathon is a tropical getaway for the whole family. For the young to the old everyone will find their favorites in Marathon.

Brisas Del Mar is a beautiful, newly built, home located right in the middle of Marathon. Brisas Del Mar features 4 large bedrooms each with their own en suite bath, as well as a half bathroom off the living area. As you enter this Florida Keys vacation home you walk into the great room with a high end  kitchen,  living room and extra large glass doors to let you enjoy the beautiful outdoors even when inside. Brisas Del Mar has two master suites one on each side of the home with king size beds, walk-in closets, en suites, and their own exits to the patio. Each side of the home also boasts a guest room; one has a King size bed while the other has two fulls.  

While the inside of this home is beautiful the outdoors is the real reason to come to this luxury Keys vacation home. The fully fenced outdoor space in this home is like your own private retreat. Featuring a very large swimming pool, a cozy fire pit, top of the line outdoor kitchen where you can cook all of your fresh catch from the day. There is also an outdoor living room with a large flat screen television.

Bringing your own boat? This is not a problem as the dock at this home is so large you can dock up to two boats here at the available 45ft of docking. Imagine having your boat docked right behind your home and heading out to the Gulf of Mexico within minutes and the open Atlantic Ocean is just a short 10 minute boat drive. Picture coming back to your home, cleaning the fish right on the dock, throwing it on the grill in your state of the art outdoor kitchen, grabbing a drink at the outdoor bar, and then jumping in the pool to cool off while your dinner is cooking just steps away. All this, and more, is possible at Brisas Del Mar.

Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is not pet friendly.

Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"Our family had a wonderful stay. This home is perfectly located in close proximity to marinas, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Upon entering the home, we found it to be extremely clean, well-organized and the perfect lay-out for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor kitchen was a great space to prepare our dinner that we caught earlier in the day. The pool area made for lazy afternoons to let the kids play and watch the sunsets. We had a blast and hope to be back soon."

"Our stay at Coco Plum’s place was excellent. The house was perfect for our group of two families. We had young children with the group and loved the added safety features at the house - including gates and chimes on the doors. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked very well! We will definitely stay at this house again for future trips to Marathon!"
