Its a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the location to ski hill, the ameninities made this rental extremely comfortable, and we would return to stay again. It was perfect for a quick ski trip. Thank you for having our crew!
Great little studio condo in the heart of Steamboat Springs
This unit is a gem for a couple wanting to stay in the heart of steamboat springs. It is well equipped, warm and has everything you need. Close to all amenities and east outdoor parking. Owner was great.
The location a short walk from the base of the mountain is definitely the selling point of this rental. It’s small, which is to be expected of a studio, but the space is arranged nicely and there are plenty of hooks for your snow gear. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (toaster, plates and silverware, etc.). The parking pass was waiting on the counter when we checked in via the lockbox. Overall it was a perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again.
Property was as listed, and was a great, close-to-the-slopes location if you're planning to stay a day or two in Steamboat.
The space was clean and cozy, and the property was easy to access from the main road. We could walk down to the ski village in 5-10 minutes, no problem.
When we arrived, we didn't know where to park, but we messaged the owner and she responded in a minute that we could park anywhere up near the condo—great communication.
There's no view from this property, but you don't need a view if you're running around Steamboat all day, and skiing and dining out like we did. I'd recommend this spot especially if you're planning to do the same!

Great place; sketchy parking; can't contact owners
The place itself was great. Also the location.
But the place said "Parking"( but the lot was marked "tow without pass", no pass was supplied or mentioned; office at property permanently closed; owners will not respond. And not only do you risk getting towed, but the lot for the complex was tiny, and filled up on the weekend. No parking close, at least that wasn't like $60+ per night. Avoid like the plague.
First, it's 5 star for its location. Short walk down a sidewalk then across the street to the mountain. I was solo and it was perfect for me. It is small. The bed is comfortable and they have a futon fold down couch for someone else to sleep on. It's very uncomfortable to sit on and watch TV. I would rather they ditch the fold out because the place isn't big enough to accomodate two beds. Put in a comfortable chair and it would ge great. The patio is there but this is a basement room. The patio is surrounded by three concrete walls and the entrance doors. The view is straight up. Not important for me in the winter but wouldn't work very well in the spring/summer. Full kitchen and very small bathroom that is fine again for one or maybe a couple. It is a basement room in a building so you hear every footstep above you. And an occasional moan! But, it's what you are looking for price wise and location if you are there to ski.
