Crescent Bar is a destination you'll never want to leave—immerse yourself in paradise and experience some of the Northwest's best boating. While the renowned Gorge concerts are a major draw, with shuttles available for your convenience (message me for details), there's much more to enjoy. Located only 35 minutes from Mission Ridge, our property offers the perfect opportunity to spend your days skiing and then unwind in the comforting embrace of our hot tubs. When summer weekends roll around, Sunserra comes alive with a dynamic mix of activities and an infectious energy, as guests bask in the sunshine and revel in the river’s inviting waters. In contrast, weekdays and the winter season bring a tranquil, serene ambiance, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.

You'll find two dedicated parking spots labeled B-63 right in front of the condo. Please note that boat parking is not available, and the resort enforces strict parking regulations. Everything within the resort is easily walkable.

Guests can take advantage of a variety of amenities, including a 9-hole par-3 golf course with cart rentals (available for a fee at the clubhouse), tennis and basketball courts, and a large play field. The property features five pools and four hot tubs for your relaxation. Sunserra also offers a coffee and ice cream café, the Sunfire Grill, and a convenience store; however, these are closed during the winter months.

Explore the island on walking and biking trails or relax on one of several beaches perfect for warm summer days. Off-road vehicle enthusiasts will find numerous nearby trails. Ample parking for boats and trailers is available during the day, with the North launch providing a fuel dock, free launching, and day moorage. Overnight moorage is not permitted, but please contact me directly to discuss options for overnight boat storage.
