Fort Lauderdale Beach - 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo 700 feet from beach, sleeps 8

Property is a 2 bedroom condo - this unit is actually a 1 bedroom studio attached to a 1 bedroom unit attached by an interior door.
Sleeps 4 people privately, 4 in living room.

Studio side has a king bed with full bath with tub and small kitchenette , no outdoor patio but intercoastal water views, that has a separate entrance but is connected to 1 bedroom unit by interior door.

The 1 Bedroom condo has a private bedroom with king bed, full kitchen , full bath (with shower only) dining room table that seats 6, King Bed, Living room has an outdoor patio with intercoastal waterway views. Living room has a pull out couch and Murphy bed - sleeps 1 adult each or 2 children.
All on 6th floor of beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Building has elevator and 24hr front desk.

Walk 700 feet to the beautiful beach. Resort has elevators, outdoor pool with pool bar, outdoor hit tub, fitness center, self serve laundry , concierge and more - Clean, safe, friendly! Walk to everything - restaurants, cafes, bars, state parks, water taxi, shopping, food, liquor stores, CVS, and more. No need for a rental car, but 1 parking spot available if you have a car. Many attractions nearby. Resort is set back from the main road, so it’s quieter. Lobby staffed 24/7. The beach is wide and goes for miles. Lifeguards on duty. Chair and umbrella rentals available on beach.

This is not a beachfront resort, but since it’s set back there is minimal road noise and traffic but close enough to walk back and forth from the beach easily.

You must provide a credit card at check in for security deposit. It will not be chanrged unless unit is damaged or left excessively dirty.
NO smoking and NO pets…substantial fees will be charged to your card for smoking or pets.
