The lanai (screened patio/pool) is fully furnished with BBQ grill, table and 6 comfortable chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, dryer and additional refrigerator. Great place for golf lovers! Florida gulf beaches within a 15 minute drive! 2 week Family spring break

Loved the house, the location and neighbors. Check in was easy. Host communicated well and over all it was a seamless vacation! Would stay there again or recommend to a friend!

The location of the property and the layout of the home suited us very well. Dining outside and overlooking the pool and canal were always a pleasure. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.
