The space
★ A-FRAME/CHALET STYLE HOME NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN & TORCH LAKE ★

Conveniently enter Seven Pines Chalet via keyless entry in the open-concept kitchen/dining area and make your way to the comfortable living room just a few steps away. Relax on the luxurious, deep leather sofa or in the additional comfy chairs. Warm yourself by the wood-burning stone fireplace. Snuggle into the nook by the fireplace with a book from the Chalet’s collection. Enjoy the view through huge slider doors to the front porch – where you’re sure to see visiting deer, turkey, and other wildlife and birds. Play supplied board games or watch your favorite shows and sports on the 50" LG ROKU Smart TV; use your own log-ins to stream your selected channels.

Prep and cook your favorite delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find plentiful quartz-countertop space, including on the island, which doubles as an adorable eat-in area – also a nice spot to sip your morning hot beverage or grab a quick snack. You’ll find all the major appliances – range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, along with coffeemaker with all the “fixins”, electric kettle for tea, blender, toaster, crockpot, hand mixer, and all new cookware.

Discover the walking path to the shared private beach (for walking/jogging or searching for the infamous Charlevoix & Petoskey stones), or relax all day at the gorgeous public beach, just a few minutes’ drive from the house!

Back inside, have a blast playing pool, or air hockey, on the 2-in-1 swivel game table in the game room. You’ll also find a selection of board games stored in the living room entertainment center cabinets.

★ 4 BEDROOM/2 BATH LAYOUT- Sleeps 8 ★

✴ Primary Bedroom- Main Floor: Offers a king bed, ceiling fan, dresser for storage, and 32” TV. Two bedside tables offer lamps with built-in USB plug-ins. Like all the bedrooms, the primary provides plush covered beds with soft sheets, cozy comforters, and fluffy pillows.

✴ Secondary Bedroom- Main Floor: The secondary bedroom on the main floor, with warm, inviting wood paneling on the ceiling and a feature wall, provides a king bed and two bedside tables offering lamps with built-in USB plug-ins.

✴ Bedroom 3- Upstairs: Offers a queen bed with a private walk-out balcony to enjoy the views of the back yard. In addition, this room offers, storage, ceiling fan, oscillating plug-in fan, and an electric-fireplace heater (for cooler months). For kiddos drawing/coloring or remote-work needs, you’ll find a multi-purpose table-and chair-setup, with remote work supported by Seven Pines Chalet’s fast Wi-Fi and mesh network.

✴ Bedroom 4: This bedroom offers two twin beds and private walk-out balcony to enjoy the view. You’ll find storage, a ceiling fan, an oscillating fan, as well as an electric-fireplace heater, and a kid-sized beanbag chair.

✴ Bathrooms- Main Floor: Refresh and rejuvenate in the Seven Pines Chalet’s two bathrooms, one with a large, walk-in shower, and the other with a tub-shower combo, and both offering luxury Turkish cotton towels. All bathrooms offer complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner, along with provided toilet paper and makeup towels.

This centrally located Northern Michigan escape puts you right in the center of everything! Hit the trails in all four seasons by foot, mountain bike, ATV, snowmobile, skis, or snowshoes! With over half of the county covered by state and federal land, the opportunities to explore are endless. Downtown Charlevoix and Elk Rapids are just a few short miles- AMAZING shops, restaurants, vineyards, breweries, and more! Torch Lake boat ramp is only 7 minutes away.

Guest access
You have access to everything in the home and on the 1.6 acres of property except for the red shed.

While the property is located on a private dirt road, guests are unlikely to experience problems accessing the Chalet. Should a heavy snowfall occur, a four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad.

Parking that easily accommodates 4 vehicles with room for towed trailer with boat and/or snowmobile/ATV is available on the driveway.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
One security camera is located on the property, near the deck staircase. It does not record guest activity and is used to verify cleaners have prepared the property for your stay.
Parties are not permitted
No pets permitted.
Booking guest must be 25 year of age or older.
Wire transfers not permitted.
This is a family friendly property – please respect the peaceful and quiet environment and refrain from loud music and parties.
Smoking is permitted outside in the designated smoking area on the back deck.
The two upper bedrooms do not have HVAC ran to the rooms. Additional heat can be supplemented with provided electric fireplaces. In summer, the rooms have ceiling fans as well as oscillating fans.
Guests provide their own wood for the living room wood burning fireplace and outdoor firepit.
Access to enter the home requires navigating multiple stairs, both outside and inside the chalet.
No more than 8 occupants.
Guests receive a complimentary “starter pack” of items: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen towels, bath towels, makeup towels. In addition, the bathrooms provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Please note, water levels at the beach change constantly. Our pictures provide an accurate depiction of the beach and water levels most of the time – but fluctuations will occur.
