New to our 2023 Vacation Home Rental Program and just 15 minutes to Downtown Charlevoix!
Enjoy spectacular sunsets while gazing at the beautiful emerald waters of Lake Michigan. Our split level outdoor patio and lava rock gas fire pit is perfect for your Summer evenings. You can enjoy meals outside sitting at the long outdoor table with seating for 6 or sit by the gas firepit and enjoy the boats go by in any of the 6 Adirondack chairs. This home also has True Stream fiber internet with speeds up to 1000mps.
Upon entering our home is the open concept living room and kitchen, along with a gas fireplace. The full kitchen features a wine cooler, dishwasher, stove, microwave, Keurig and a standard coffee maker. This level also has a master suite with access to a walkout deck, a walk-in closet and a full bath with a walk in shower. Two additional guest rooms, with queen beds are available on the 2nd level, along with a full bathroom.
Things to do:
Downtown Charlevoix features some amazing restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. Not to mention the Venetian Festival, a week long celebration in July. For wine tasting, head to Traverse City for the day and explore the best vineyards in Northern Michigan. Another great stop, is Boyne City! From shopping to skiing to zip-lining, Boyne is the perfect Summer destination. These are just a few ideas to fill your days.

This property is located within a year-round lakeshore community and is more suited to groups looking for a peaceful, restful experience. The community requires noise control measures and has designated "quiet times" at night (after 10:00). This place is ideal if you're looking to recharge in a peaceful idyllic place on the big water, but unsuitable for disruptive/noisy parties

Very nice beachfront vacation home

Well appointed furnishings, nice bed linens and pillows, good kitchen(knives need sharpening) had nearly all we needed and expected for a nice family getaway. Close to Charlevoix and far enough to really enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Holiday getaway

This home was the perfect place for us to get away with close friends for a little getaway between Christmas and New Years. The living space is cozy with a great fireplace and breath taking private view of the lake. Fit our group of 4 adults well, but could be a tight fit for a larger group. The property lends itself to privacy and the beach felt like our very own. We walked on the beach in coats and hats and could walk for miles. We even bundled up and sat around the outdoor gas fire pit! Overall, this is an excellent and very comfortable vacation rental. We would definitely consider staying again.

This place was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed every moment. The views were amazing and look just like the pictures online. Quiet Retreat

House was beautiful. The highlight obviously being the private lakefront location. We loved playing in the lake each day. Rarely saw anyone except an occasional kayaker. House was comfy and functional. Only downsides for us were lack of blinds or curtains. If you're hoping to sleep in or that your kids will, this will be an issue. Views were beautiful though. We could have used more towels too. I've never had a restricted number in any other vrbo and it was a struggle as the girls needed towels for both hair and body. We used beach towels instead which worked fine. Enjoyed our stay. Location was great for us as we like space and privacy. Very close to town and easy access to 31.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location to spend right on Lake Michigan. The house was beautiful and in excellent condition. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom have excellent views of Lake Michigan. The back deck was beautifully furnished with a large dining table with 6 chairs, a fire pit, six Adirondack chairs and leads right to the Lake. I did have to call for maintenance since two chairs were missing screws, but a maintenance staff member came out early the next day to repair. Excellent communication by staff during the visit on the arrival and exit details and highly responsive for any issues. This location is also about 20 minutes from Charlevoix to enjoy the town. The house is located on a dirt road, but this presented no issues in summer weather.
