Absolutely amazing stay! Beautiful sunrises of the marina in the morning and perfectly located to downtown and walking distance to the beach. We had an amazing time. Be prepared for some solid calves with the amount of steps but worth it for the views. Would not recommend for little kids, dogs, or older individuals in regards to steep steps.

This is a beautiful and well appointed condo. We had everything we needed from the well-stocked kitchen to towels and sundries. Note that it is on the third floor with steep, narrow stairs that our very ancient dog struggled to navigate—but we got our steps in! The view and patio are magnificent. It was a bit noisy late on Friday night, but that is the charm of staying in downtown Charlevoix! Overall, a terrific stay.

Location is everything. This place is in the heart of all Charlevoix has to offer. Joan is a great host. We have been staying in her properties for years and always have a great experience.

Incredible place, the pictures do not do it justice. The views from the deck are awesome and usable all day without burning in the sun. Excellent location walkable to everything. Will definitely be coming back.

Great location and incredible view. Nicely appointed. It felt like home.

Really enjoyed our stay! To have an incredible view of Round Lake AND be part of the mini-bustle of the harbor and downtown Charlevoix is a great combo.
