We had a fun girl's weekend in Sutton's Bay visiting the winieries. This property was absolutely perfect place to stay. It sits right on the Bay with amazing views. The house has perfect gathering spaces indoor and out as well as spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The ample bathrooms gives everyone plenty of privacy and space to get ready. We would absolutely stay again. Great for all seasons!

Great big house for a large group.

Everything was great! Only thing iron didn’t work and no internet. Otherwise perfect!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family gathered at this property for a week of vacation. It was all we had hoped for! Our group consisted of five adults and four children ages five and younger. The home is spacious and open and provides great views of the bay. The beach is clean and was a hit with both kids and adults. We enjoyed visits to Northport, Leelanau State Park, Christmas Cove and Peterson Park. (Those last two locations are a rock hounder’s dream come true!) From comfortable beds to a well stocked kitchen to cozy gathering areas, this home has it all. We hope to return.

Fabulous Up North Home on the Bay for Eight Adults and Four Children

Our first impression was a resounding WOW !!!!! Large private rooms with large bathrooms, fabulous large kitchen with with all the ammenites a kitchen should have. We did prepare meals for all each night of the week. Table in eating area plus sunroom table held all of us beautifully. Tables on the porch deck were welcoming with cushioned chairs. Guest house added more space and an extra refrigerator. Beach was clean and sandy. Fire-Pit added to the ambiance of many a beautiful evening. Lots of beach chairs provided comfort. Relatively close to Sand Dunes, with stops on M-22 to swim, shop, or just hang out to enjoy smells of the Big Lake. Of course finding Petosky stones was a real hit. Kids loved the games that were provided. We loved the laughter. It was a perfect setting to celebrate our 60th Wedding Anniversary.The guest contact person was amazing even in our initial planning stages. Her responses were prompt and very helpful. Thank you for an INCREDIBLE week . Yes, we would rent it again!!!!
