House was well stocked with anything you may need. Love how the kitchen and laundry room was artfully labeled to show you where things were and where to replace anything you used. We did not have young children or pets, but the yard and house had plenty to keep them entertained. Comfortable beds. Host was available and responded quickly if needed. Highly recommend.
The house was great and as expected. The enclosed backyard with the playset and other activities were great to have for kids. The house is also located only a block off the main street which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.
The house is incredibly clean, well stocked and organized. The host answered my questions almost immediately. The house is modern farmhouse and well located for traveling around the Hudson area. I would defintely stay here again when traveling in the area.
This property was great. It was beautifully restored, clean and the decor was very well done. We picked up food one of the nights and cooked in the kitchen and it had everything we needed, so well organized and clean. My husband and I were with our daughter and her husband along with their two little dogs, this host had dog bowls, toys and a dog bed for them. We also noticed she had essentials for people with children, along with a great backyard to run around in. The two king sized beds/bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were so comfortable. The location gives you great access to all the little towns in the Catskills/Hudson Valley area.
This house is beautiful! It's very clean and modern on the inside. We really enjoyed staying here over the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed attending the Christmas Parade on Main Street as well.
The property was fantastic with a great outdoor area that the kids enjoyed. House was very clean and had every amenity. The Main Street was only a block away with some great options for food and things to do. Host was very responsive and accommodating.
House was newly renovated, with modern amenities, but with a rustic charm and exposed brick. Nice complimentary bottle of wine as welcome gift. Great location in relation to Hunter Mountain. Older looking area area.
We spent last week in Catskill and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is exactly as described, the photos provided on VRBO are accurate. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is lovely. Very close the Catskill's main street and nice to be able to explore on foot. Price Chopper and Walmart are a short drive away. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.
The property is all redone and walking distance from bars, restaurants, and shops. Great backyard. Bathrooms are very nice. Lots of utensils, coffee, and toiletries. Very accommodating. Comfy beds with white bedding. IYKYK! Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful time in this VRBO. We brought our two small dogs with us and stayed a month. We cooked great meals in the lovely kitchen that contains all you need to prepare pretty much anything. Also there is a nice gas grill just outside the kitchen and an outdoor table and seating. We are both at the dining table and the kitchen island. We walked one block to get to the Main Street in Catskill that has many restaurants, shopping and stopping for coffee and delicious hand made vegan chocolates. Our dogs and we took many lovely walks together from this centrally located home. The back yard is quite large, beautiful and fully fenced. We noticed the house is fully set up for families with children (not our case but good to know). Also within easy walking distance of the community movie theatre. We connected to the internet easily and the television is large. There are video games and board games also. The home is light, airy, has a great sun porch and we loved our time there. Patricia, our host, was readily available and always nice (although everything went so smoothly we really didn’t have to contact her much). I have only positives about this listing and our stay here.
Great location - one street away from Catskill Main St with restaurants, coffee shops, book store, shops, police station, bank, pilates studio, farmers market etc. Also close to great hiking such as Olana Historic site and Kaaterskills Falls. A slightly larger town (Hudson) with more restaurants and shops is close by. Walmart is very close in case you forgot anything. That being said - you will want a car.
House - well equipped with anything you might want. The host clearly put thought into what guests might need (including kids with children). Smart TV. Big yard with pool. Working remotely - The Internet was fine for working remotely. One desk in bedroom, big dining table, and large kitchen island. Large table outside (internet is strong enough outside).
Host - very responsive.
Would stay again.
