Located right at the heart of Pasadena, it is close to Rose Bowl, Caltech, Huntington Library, and Universal Studio Hollywood. It's a perfect place for a family or a group of friend exploring LA to come back to relaxing with a Michael Phelps Signature Swim Spa.

- Beautiful design 2500 square feet of space for you to enjoy. When you first go through the front door, you will find yourself in the huge living room and dinning space with 8 seating. It is an awesome space for family hang out.

- To the left you will find the second living room for relaxing. Behind the second living room is a dinning room with another dining table. Behind the dining room is the kitchen and laundry space.

- To the right you will find the hallway leading to two bedrooms with queen beds. There are 1 full bath and 1 half bath on the first level.

- On the second floor, you will find two two bedroom with full beds on the right. Another bedroom with queen bed. And another bedroom with two single beds.

- In the front patio, there is an outdoor seating area for 6 people.

- In the backyard, you will find a seating area with outdoor dining table for 6. A Micheal Phelps Signature Hot tub Swim Spa.

- Parking in front of the garage.

- The hot tub can be adjust temperature to your prefer
- Pasadena city code does not allow Party or Event.
- No yelling, screaming, or loud music after 9pm.
- If the neighbor call the police, you will be responsible to pay the citation/fine for $100 to $500

Great Craftsman home in Historic Pasadena Neighborhood.

The house is beautiful, has lots of amenities. Lots of bedrooms and lots of cool historical doors and built ins. Decorated and cozy. A backyard that needs a little bit of maintenance before Summer hits. A very long well maintained swim spa and BBQ. It is just a great place to spend time with family. It is on a busy street but the neighborhood definitely makes up for it. There are cool coffee places a fantastic cafe and old town Pasadena just 10 mins away. There are some things that need to be fixed or maintained inside the home, but with a little TLC this place can be a rental to come back to year after year.

Spacious old home. Well located for restaurants

Our family enjoyed bring in a home where we could spread out. Two conversation and two eating areas as described. Off street parking, can walk to cafes. On a busy street but that wasn’t a problem

Great but room for improvement

Great location and very spacious. Lots of bright roomy bedrooms. Love the original craftsman features but many are worn or painted over. Several items broken or not working properly upon arrival including porch shades torn, one first floor toilet not flushing, bathroom sink clogged, rear screen door latch and closer. With more attention to details this could be a really great place.

The property was already booked even though we reserved it and paid for it months in advance. Bad

Never stayed. Only stuck on the sidewalk thanks to VRBO. Left us to fend for ourselves with four small children that had been on a plane all day. Really ruined our trip.

A reunion of friends

A gathering of six longtime friends, this was a perfect house for us to stay in. We were able to walk to nearby eateries, sit out on the porch or in the living room and visit. We were very pleased. Please have the property manager contact me. There are some very simple "fixes" that I would like to make her aware of.
