Garden House - Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet still conveniently located. Garden House is less than a 10 minute ride to All Star Village baseball tournaments in Oneonta NY. It is also in close proximity to SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College in Oneonta. Other attractions near by include Gilbert Lake State Park, Ommegang Brewery and The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

It sits on a well groomed lot with floral gardens that have been planned to be in bloom continually from early spring to late summer. There is a pleasant stone patio in the back yard that is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large well-groomed back yard. Plenty of room to practice baseball skills!

This inviting home has a large living room and a separate dining room. A recently built breezeway flows out to a stone patio area with gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - one bath on each floor. The baths have been updated with contemporary tile work. The interior is very well kept and has a comfortable inviting atmosphere. A game room in the finished basement gives you a chance to unwind.

Note: In the winter months the breezeway is unavailable as it is used as a greenhouse for outside plants.

Cozy stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Garden House. The home is cozy, spotless and well maintained, with great amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and ensured we had everything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Garden House! Dave was such a welcoming host. This house had plenty of room and was shared between two families of three. It was so nice to be able to spread out rather than be cramped up in a hotel room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and utensils for us to use. The bathrooms had ample towels. The property was beautiful and we were lucky enough to see a family of deer while we were staying. Thank you Dave and Anne for taking such good care of your guests!

Beautiful house

Quiet New York State

This home was minutes from the campus of SUNY Oneonta and between the amount of the rooms the house provided and its location it worked perfectly for our stay in New York. The property owners were also very nice and accommodating.

Great stay at Garden House

We stayed for a week while our son played at All Star Village. The Garden House was perfect for the week! Located an easy 5 miles from the fields. The house was very clean and well maintained. The owners were there to meet us, incredibly friendly and available for anything we needed. I highly recommend this affordable, clean, great location house!

Perfect cozy home

We would definitely stay here a million times over again. The owners were very sweet & welcoming. The home was so cozy & nice. Everything was very clean & the yard is beautiful. The pool table downstairs came in handy when there was a large gap in between games. Couldn’t have been better. :)
