Groveside - This spacious 1800 square foot ranch home sits on a very large yard at the edge of an old apple grove and woodlands. There are 9 acres for guests to explore. An outdoor fire pit provides a fun opportunity for family campfires under the stars. A large rear deck overlooks the spacious yard. Take time to unwind and enjoy!

This tastefully decorated home has spacious common areas with an open floor plan for the dining and kitchen area. A stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings add charm and character. The user-friendly kitchen has ample counter space - ideal for those who love to cook. The kitchen and dining area are finished with hardwood cherry floors, the bedrooms and living room have carpet, while the baths have tile floors.

Groveside is convenient to the Dreams Park or All Star Village. It is a scenic drive approaching from the south of the Dreams Park - with less traffic than the approach from the north of the park.

Surrounded by nature’s best!

Great location.. it was a short drive (18-20mins) Cooperstown Dream Park and about the same distance to Walmart in the other direction. Comfortable master bed & huge bathroom! Outside view was beautiful! Loved having coffee on the deck & seeing the geese in the mornings! Thank you again!

Just as advertised. Convenient to dreams park for us. Everything was fully stocked with furniture, appliances, cookware. Would recommended for meeting baseball families needs. Location is remote, but close enough to stores and restaurants.

We were there for our son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Perfect for us. A little less than 30 minutes away. Freezer would make some rattling sounds that would occasionally wake us up in the morning, but that seemed pretty minor to us. Plenty of space and nice setting. No close neighbors to worry about.
