This lake front rental was exactly the break we needed from our hurry up life.

Fantastic Cooperstown Getaway

This was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. We had a wonderful time exploring the lake by kayak, the area, and watching baseball at Cooperstown.

This was a great place to stay while my son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This unit had everything we needed to be comfortable for a week. In our downtime from baseball it was nice to be able to go fishing from the dock or use the kayaks and paddle boards. Plus, the lake and the surrounding area was beautiful. Gorgeous sunrise in the morning and a sky full of stars at night. The unit was clean, and well stocked with necessities. Our host was helpful at check in, and readily available by phone if needed.

Short weekend stay

We stayed at the apt for a wedding weekend. The owner met us at the apt and showed us all the extras that we could use. It was a nice quiet stay.

Most relaxing week we’ve had!

Tom greeted us upon check in. Giving us a tour of the property and the lake. Provided fresh water for drinking. Showed us where and how to properly use all water craft. And gave us some tips on fishing. The inside of the apartment was emasculate. Beds were comfy and bathroom was stocked with clean towels and an extra roll of toilet paper! The kitchen was stocked with the basics kitchenware making it very easy to prepare meals each day. We loved it!

Beautiful place to stay

Tom the host was wonderful. He greeted us when we arrived. He went over everything we needed to know about the rental property. Tom made us aware that he would be fully available to us if we needed any assistance with the rental. The property is beautiful. The fishing was great. Every time we through our line in we caught a fish. We caught and released them since they were too small. However, the thrill of catching a fish every few minutes was fun for the two littles (2 and 5 yrs old) and 1 teenager we had with us. I highly recommend Trout Brook Units 3 and 4. My relative stayed in 4. Both were very clean and had all the necessities needed for our stay. The market and gas stations were less than 5 minutes away. Cooperstown was a lovely and easy 25-30 min drive away.
