5 year old home that was fully renovated just last year. Perfect for temporary job placements, travel nurses, or a family looking to relocate. Well lit (street light in front yard). 4.3 miles to Lexington Medical Center. 8.6 miles to Prisma Baptist 11miles to Prisma Richland. No short term travelers. 7 day min stay. 3 Queen beds and 2 single beds. Rate set for 4 adults. Extra adults $15 per night max 8 people. Children welcomed. 64 miles from driveway to parking at August National and The Masters (one week rental accepted for up to 6 guests)
Well appointed kitchen with gas appliances. coffee/ Keurig, air fryer, and all the kitchen supplies to make a holiday meal……including spices.
Laundry detergent, bleach, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper enough for 30 day stay.
