* There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the home and if you smoke outside please be sure all doorways and windows are closed near you. Anyone caught smoking inside, or if the interior of the home smells like cigarettes, will be charged additional fees. Please respect those who do not smoke and want to enjoy the home after you.

* There is a damage deposit required to stay at the home, so please be sure to mention any defects or issues upon arrival the day you enter the home to make sure you are not held liable for any damages to the home, its furniture, décor, exterior finishes, decking, driveway, walkways, etc.
