Newly renovated Oceanfront 3 bd/ 2bath, non smoking. This unit will take your breath away. The updates are amazing and the view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom will astound you. There are 2 balconies so the whole family can enjoy the sounds of the ocean while taking in the view. You can enter the balconies from the living area or the MB. All amenities of the resort are available which include 6 pools, 10 hot tubs,2 lazy rivers , Tiki Bar and Captain Cove Restaurant.
You will be amazed at the beauty of this renewal renovated unit. Everything is new from the floor to the ceiling. Open the sliding doors and let the smell of the ocean take your breath away. Watch for dolphins and shrimp boats or just enjoy the sound of the Ocean as the waves roll in.
When you enter the resort you will take an immediate left into the North Tower. Free parking is available in the parking garage, luggage carts are located in front of the elevators. Take one of the four elevators to the 9th floor and let your carefree vacation begin.

**Beach Towels are not provided.
**No daily maid service. We provide a starter supply of paper products, which includes toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. A small supply of cleaning items, broom and vacuum are provided in the condo for your use.
We have provided 10 sets of bath linens. please feel free to laundry towels as your needs demand.
On site free parking with parking pass provided at time of check-in.
During Hurricane Season, refunds will only be considered if a MANDATORY Evacuation is required.
***We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. This can be done directly via ABNB when you book your trip.
We adhere to the cancellation policy as stated when your book your vacation.

Why they chose this property
Beautiful resort with a private beach. Off the beaten path and family friendly but still just minutes from all of the local attractions. Lots for the kids to do while the adults enjoy a delicious beverage from the onsite Tiki Bar.
