The Blue House is a beautiful two-bedroom, one-bath house. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room is very spacious, with a couch, chair, recliner, and a 65” flat-screen TV on the wall. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have 40’ TVs mounted on the wall. The cottage has a private concrete patio out back, perfect for relaxing after a long day of excitement. There is a firepit and Blackstone grill available for use on the patio.

Clean, spacious, had all the essentials we needed. Great location near the creek, shopping, restaurants. The views are amazing. The owner was available if we had questions, very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!! We will be back.

Perfect for my quick stay

Easy access, close to gas station/walmart/grocery store. Communication was fast and easy. Beds were really comfy. Loved the pillows on the kind bed. Ceiling fans and tvs in each room make for a comfy stay. Extra towels and blankets. Fast wifi Lots of parking. Cons: no washer and dryer.

Fabulous

The home was super clean and smelled wonderful. The beds are comfy too. Communication with the owner was fabulous. We’d definitely stay there again. As far as closeness to the ATV trails. It’s about 2.5 miles from trail one. Super easy to get to.
