Riders The Trail connects to the ATV friendly town of Grundy and has Visitor Center like no other with Southern Gap Outdoor Adventure Center.

Open floor plan and spacious on the inside . And plenty of outdoor space . Direct access to Spearhead Trials in Coal Canyon so once here just unload your ATV or Side by Side and your set for Adventures.

There are two parking lots one on the front side of the house and another on the back end of the house to drop of your pull trailer.
