This is perfect place to stay in Bangkok. 5 minutes walking distance to BTS. Peter is very nice and easy to communicate. Love it and will do it again

We stopped in Bangkok for 3 days. The condo is in a good location. It is quiet & safe. Plenty of room for all of us. The owner was available for any concerns. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay!

Me and my wife and the 2 other couples we were traveling with got cancelled by our original booking 24 hours before we flew to Bangkok. I decided to book this property on short notice and Peter, our host was absolutely amazing! He accepted our booking within hours and made sure that once we got there we were able check in a little earlier because we got there before check in time. He was very attentive and detailed in check in and check out instructions, and the property was identical to how it looked in the pictures. Thank you so much again for having us and treating us so well! We will definitely be booking with Peter the next time we come to Thailand!

2. This condo Is SMOKE-FREE. Please do NOT smoke or vape inside the condo. If we detect smoke, you will lose your security deposit and be responsible for any damage caused by smoking. You may smoke outside the property or on the balcony.

3. Please note that Thai law requires us to collect a copy of your passport.

4. This condo is professionally cleaned after every stay. We expect it to be reasonably clean when you leave.

5. Check-in time is 3pm or later. Checkout time is 11am.
These times may be flexible if there are no guests before or after your stay. However, please don't expect this.
