My husband and I were both born in Florida. We love the beach and fishing! I take great pleasure in hosting our beach house and hope our guests enjoy it to the fullest!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a quiet, well kept community with mostly retired couples and some younger folks with children. People are very friendly and helpful. We have really enjoyed our house in Ormond Beach and hope you will too!
What makes this property unique
The best part of the property is a dip in the pool after a day at the beach! The pool is not heated in the winter months. It has no enclosure so it takes time for it to heat up in the sun. It's beautiful in the warmer months. Also the walk to the beach, which is about a quarter of a mile, is quaint. Pack a picnic and use our wagon to pull your lawn chairs and supplies for a great day at the beach.
