Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 10:00 am. -Please wash any dishes in the sink and take out the garbage.. -Please shut the lights, put laundry room key on hook, and lock the door when you leave.
If the barbecue grill was used, please make sure it is clean, the gas shut off, and the cover on
Leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Please take off the sheets and pillowcases and leave them on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The Cozy Beach House was the perfect location for us and our pup!! We enjoyed walking down to the beach with our coffee for the sunrise each morning. The host was great. The house had what we needed for our short stay & a Publix was a quick drive away for anything we forgot!

Cozy Beach house was just that!

I was very happy with this choice. Waiting to close in a new home I stayed here for a bit over 2 weeks. The house was well equipped and very clean. The location was amazing. We were literally down the block from the Atlantic! Great stay!

Amazing stay in the best location

We stayed while watching my granddaughter compete at NDA college nationals in Daytona. This is our 4th year attending and we wish we would have found this place sooner. It was away from the busy streets of Daytona but close enough to everything we needed. The property was clean, had everything we needed, & the beds were comfy! The neighborhood was quiet and so relaxing. Since the house is within walking distance from the beach, it made visiting it a breeze. We absolutely loved the book with restaurant and activity recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Ormond Beach. Our purpose was seeing the races in Daytona. We were a short drive away & in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for us. The property worked well for our group of 3. The backyard could be an awesome outdoor space but needs some TLC. We did sit out there a couple of times but it has so much potential!space but needs

Quiet is the key word

We live in the country. Reminded of home. Definitely a quiet neighborhood. Great beach access at the end of the road. Would definitely consider renting again.

Kelley’s 12th Annual Birthday Celebration

After a brush with death 13 years ago I vowed to spend every birthday on the beach. We booked this house for this event. This place is so close to everything!! The house is exactly as described EXCEPT they don’t tell you that if you sit outside in the backyard in the evening the yard explodes with night blooming flowers!! What a wonderful experience and perfect way to end a day at the beach! Also, you can park for free at the park at the end of the road or walk there. This is in a neighborhood but we had no issues with anyone at all as it is a quiet area. This house really only accommodates 4 grownups so keep that in mind and it was perfect for us. Also, they have so many amenities that come with the house. Bikes, chairs, boogie boards, fishing poles, pretty much everything!! I would recommend this place 10/10. Owners were great to work with.
