Relax & have fun with the whole family in this beautiful home. Free HEATED swimming pool with waterfall & grotto + hot tub. Grill meals & dine outside on the large patio table. Warm up by the firepit. Stocked kitchen & large dining table for meals & gathering. Huge 10+ person couch for relaxing. Corner home in a neighborhood by tons of dining & shopping. Board games, puzzles, & large arcade gaming screen table with dozens of games to keep the kids entertained!

We strive to make you feel welcome and help you create lasting memories with your special occasions which sets us apart from other vacation rentals. Small gathering are welcome, big parties or events are not allowed.

We have a BBQ grill, fire pit, pool floats & toys, children's life jackets, 2 pack n play playpens, 1 high chair, 1 portable high chair, children's books, yoga mat, toys, and children's dishes available for your use. This retreat is situated perfectly for shopping, hiking, exploring the beautiful sunny desert and so much more.

Sahuaro House hosts multiple eating & sitting areas + outdoor dining. You'll love the fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. You'll love the white quartz countertops, marble tile bathroom floors, and large window view to the pool. You'll have plenty of internet access with high speed internet at your fingertips along with charging stations in every bedroom. Sit back and relax on the 10+ person couch with our 55" smart picture frame TV in the living room with streaming capabilities for Netflix, Hulu., Disney+, & more. You'll love this newly renovated and furnished home! There will be plenty of entertainment with the Infinity Game Screen Table, puzzles, board games, and cards.

Enjoy your private backyard oasis when you head outside with your own private heated pool & hot tub spa. Hang out and relax on the back patio or enjoy an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining table complete with BBQ grill. If you're traveling with the littles, you'll enjoy the safety of the pool fence, as well as pool toys, floaties, and life jackets.

The property was perfect for our family with our dog! We had a great time in the pool and it’s close to lots of stores and food. Also it’s an easy drive to downtown area to see a game. Our kids loved the arcade table. The kitchen was stocked with the items that we hoped for, overall a great place to stay.

The perfect home for friends, family and fun!

Location was awesome with everything one could need close by. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor area was just perfect. We loved the firepit at night, the warm pool for the day and the nice dining table for games and dinner outdoors. We will definitely be back more than once!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sahuaro House. The heated pool with waterfall was amazing, our famliy had so much fun in the pool! The location was good, the neighborhood wasn't the best, but also felt the Sahuaro House was private and well maintained. The house was the perfect size for our family and our host was very accomodating.

Christmas in Phoenix

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this house and I just love the layout for having my family get together for the holidays. It's easy to have multiple people in the kitchen cooking and setting up. Close to so many shops and restaurants that you can walk to. And the pool is kept warm enough that I could swim every morning in December.

The memory foam beds were very comfortable. The pool was very inviting and the heated whirlpool was a great finish to your swim. All the appliances worked used the dishwasher the most. Only two tvs but we made due with the two there. We loved using the garage to park our rental in and neighborhood felt safe to be in. The sofa was low and hard to get up from.

This house has everything from A to Z and is furnished very well. We stayed 4 nights. Can't say 1 thing bad about this property. Pool, with waterfall and night underwater blue pool light got alot of our limited free time. The adjoining rec area in other part of back yard looked awesome as well, but we didn't use that area at all. Very family friendly and lots of space inside and outside. Kitchen very well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. Beds extremely comfortable. Bathroom and showers stocked with everything needed as well. We hope to stay here again in our next trip to Phoenix. Only small glitch was check in. Never got an email or app message with the door code to check in. Got to the house after check in time and couldn't get in. Went to app and clicked on the check in tab "I'm having trouble" and within minutes had a text from the host with the door code. Not a big deal by any means, but caused a little anxiety.

Family Thanksgiving

This is the best house I've ever rented. It's a beautiful house with modern style that's not overdone. The Master suite is gorgeous and doors directly out to the pool. I took advantage of the heated pool every morning even in November when it's a little brisk in the morning. The open floor plan is perfect for hanging out while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. And there's a table big enough to seat 8 people. The host was very kind to us and responsive. I hope to stay here again!

This was a terrific home. The beds were so comfortable. I actually pulled the sheets off to see what brand it was so I can buy one for myself now that I’m home. We just went for a relaxing weekend and a Cardinals game. The couch was comfortable to watch television. The pool area was very nice. The quirky little video game table was a hoot. My 15-year-old son and I played battleship and clue and all kinds of games we haven’t thought about in years. If we ever come back, I will happily stay here again.

Out of state College move-in

This property was the perfect place to stay when moving our daughter into college at GCU. We are from out of state so some of us flew in and others drove. The house/garage was perfect for storing all the college must haves before moving in. The house was clean, had all we needed for cooking, bathing and entertaining! The pool was a wonderful bonus and it was close to campus. When we had an issue, Nickcole responded immediately! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing House!!

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing!! The house was so clean and had plenty of essential items such as paper towels, dishes, pool towels, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, etc, etc! The beds and rooms were great size and very comfortable. The real star was the outdoor area with the heated pool, hot tub and lots of seating! We spent the majority of our time in the pool and it is absolutely amazing! Don’t hesitate to book this house!! The host is also amazing and replies to any messages/questions within minutes!! If we ever get back to the Phoenix area we would love to stay here again!! Thanks for everything!!
