This condo also sits on a Quad with its own pool and courtyard with grills, patio furniture, umbrellas and tables that is only accessible to members of this specific quad.
A 6 person golf cart is also available for rent with the condo.
The Spring Training facilities of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins, and the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) are all approximately five miles away

Hurricane relief

Condo very nice and amenities at Paseo are great. Enjoyed the pool and the tiki bar. The sign in process is very laborious and difficult. The location is an issue as the traffic on Daniels Rd is awful.

We are from Fargo ND so love coming to the warmth of the Gulf Shores! We own a restaurant and Chad is the GM there. Shelby works at the cancer center. We love helping people have a great time and enjoy their lives to the fullest! When we first stepped into Paseo it was like being in a Caribbean resort but was way easier and cheaper to get to! We love having people get to experience the ease and relaxation that comes with that. We strive to create an environment that is comfortable, warm and has great design!

Why they chose this property

We love relaxing by the multiple pools, beating our kids at pickleball, riding the golf cart to the brewery/petting zoo across the street, having homemade pizza on pizza night at the tiki bar, exploring the many beaches and excursions that are available and finding great restaurants.

What makes this property unique

It is has been completely renovated and has all new furniture so it feels fresh and modern. We love all the amenities right on the property and then it is easy to get around the area to go explore. Its easy to see why it has been voted best community in Florida!
