Inside is a 3 bedroom home with 3 queen beds, an open floor plan, professionally appointed kitchen with beautiful wood cabinets, S.S. appliances and granite counter tops! Right off the living room is a great space for entertaining or family get togethers! The Florida room overlooks the canal with plenty of natural lighting. It is furnished with a bistro table for your morning breakfast, casual seating and an additional living room set, for plenty of room to spread out!

High speed internet with 300Mbps performance, more than sufficient for remote work involving video collaboration such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

The property is conveniently located close to multiple boat ramps, local shops, The Golf Course and restaurants.

Security cameras monitor external entrances only. Front entrance, driveway, rear entrances, carport entrance, sidedogs gate, and rear of owners shed. Dogs only please.

Crystal River House

The house was beautiful. Very clean. Great location. The back porch was very nice and relaxing. The backyard was peaceful. The canal was off the bay so there was no boat traffic. Rarely even saw the nieghbors. Was a very nice property.

Great Location for a boat vacay

Brought our 21ft bay boat for the first time not staying at The Plantation and was absolutely satisfied with the house and the location! Canal stayed at about 3 ft deep at dead low and the exit out was easy. Will definitely stay again

Alligator Alley

Four friends stayed at this property for about a week - it was a great experience. The house had everything we needed and was comfortably furnished. The manager promptly responded the two times we called and took care of the problem within a short time. We enjoyed being on the canal so we could easily slip our kayaks into the water and paddle out to the bay. We were a short drive away from a lovely public beach, several great restaurants and a charming town center with shops. An unforgettable experience: the nuisance gator removal squad came out to remove a 10 foot long alligator who, we later found out, had been hanging out in the canal in front of our house. The water was murky and we didn't see the gator. Fortunately we decided to go swimming at the public beach NOT the canal! We will happily stay here again when we're in that part of Florida.
