Welcome to your oasis on the Nature Coast! This property features unimpeded Gulf Water access and is in the heart of Homosassa Springs. This home sits on a deep freshwater canal, where manatee, dolphin, mullet, and a variety of other wildlife will greet you.The home boasts both a Florida room and a screened in porch where you can enjoy the waterfront views. Many restaurants and activities are accessible by both car and boat, or you can enjoy grilling at home with all the amenities of a full kitchen. This home is a fisherman's dream. The extensive seawall and boathouse (lift not operational) offers three boat slips, making it ideal for families and friends looking to be the first to the scallop grounds. The interior of the home is full of Old Florida charm with an updated feel. Your family can spend all day on the water and come back to multiple showers, dual hot water heaters, and a fish cleaning station, making it perfect for everyone's needs. The home sleeps 9 comfortably and has multiple gathering spots, ideal for quality time on Florida's Nature Coast. Paddleboards are available for use to get a quieter experience with the freshwater springs. The surrounding community is peaceful for those in need of a retreat. Once you spend time at Nature Coast Cottage, you will find yourself returning for years to come! *There are two security cameras on site for protection of the home when not in use. They are located over the garage facing the driveway and in the boat house facing towards the water.

The home was just as described in the listing and has a beautiful backyard on the canal to sit and hang out. The industrial ice maker was a plus and the paddle boards and lilly pad walking float were fun also! Very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

We visited for spring break. The house had lots of space and a great backyard overlooking the canal. It was close to our manatee tour location and the park was nearby. This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The house was very clean, large enough to fit our family and had so many wonderful additions. The boat dock was very nice, tree lights were a beautiful touch and the large ice maker was a huge plus. We would absolutely go back and recommend this to our friends.

Great Place in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. We really liked the the recliners after a long day of sightseeing. The house is in great shape in a great location. Just a couple of miles from Homosassa State park. The Margarita Grill is just across the bridge and has great food. The only regret we had is we wished we brought the whole family.

Scallop Season Getaway

This property was perfect! We really loved having an ice machine, being right on the water with places to tie up our boats, and the cleanliness was perfect! The paddle board was a hit too! We definitely recommend this property, communication with the property manager was great as well.

The property was just as advertised! Great place for family vacation. Many things to do close by. Great for fisherman too. Having an ice machine is a big plus when going fishing or just out on the boat for the day. House was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed!
